Description
IMPORTANT! This set allows you to build MECHANIC ADEPT DARK PLASMA ABOMINATION.
Forge-Adept Varn Ossek’s crew found it in the scrap pits beneath the lower forge: massive, broken, still breathing. The intake record lists it as “donor, large”. Nobody wrote down what kind of donor. Human, ogre, something bred between the two – to the Adepts the question had no value. What mattered was the frame. It was big enough to carry the gun.
The conversion took forty days of rite, prays and welding. And a sanctioned amount of a forbidden tech. The legs were cut away and replaced with piston-driven walkers in heavy plate. The hull was closed around the spine like a reliquary around a bone. The mind was reduced to what is needed: aim, crawl, fire. The arms were kept, because hands grip broken ground better than any foot the forge can make. The claws grew on their own afterwards. The head was locked low beneath the hull, under a helm with lens-eyes and a fixed grin. The Adepts call this posture the Bow. Flesh below, machine above, as the order of things demands.
Dark plasma does not glow. It pulls light in. The cannon does not fire on stored power alone – each shot is drawn partly from the creature itself, through the segmented feed cables that loop from the gun into its back. Every discharge costs it heartbeats. The glass tubes on its flanks repay that debt: growth hormones, adrenal fire, and stimulants that tell exhausted muscle it is not tired. The Adepts measure the doses in kilograms. The flesh is kept alive because the gun needs it alive, and for no other reason.
After the first firing, the armour began to grow thorns. Nobody forged them. The Adepts recorded it as acceptance – the machine taking the work as its own. Later, faces began to form in the leg plates, horned and patient. That was recorded too. Recording is a form of prayer. On the battlefield the Abomination does not charge and does not roar. It crawls into position, lowers its head in the Bow, and the light around the barrels starts to disappear.

Preparation & assembly
PREPARATION
1. Check
Firstly, check out all the details whether there are no missing or miscast parts.
If you have problems with details – please contact us at [email protected].
2. Supports & touchpoints
We sell our 3D printed models without any major supports, but you should remove small touchpoints and ultra-tiny supports left on the model.
Please use a model knife and fine sandpaper.
Don’t be intimidated by the process, we use a top-quality UV printing resin and it is very easy to work with.
3. Warped Parts and Repositioning
Sometimes thinner parts could be slightly bent or twisted.
You can easily fix that by immersing the piece in hot water or by applying heat from a hairdryer.
The piece should reform to its original shape by itself.
If not, gently twist the piece back into position.
The amount of heat that needs to be applied is often determined by the thickness of the parts. Thicker parts need to be heated for a longer time.
This technique can also be used to bend some parts into shapes and positions to pose models.
We’re proud to be partners of Yes, That’s 3D Printed! – check them out! We use their high-quality WARGAMER resin because it’s almost as good as plastic and delivers incredible detail and durability, perfectly matching the capabilities of our 14K resolution printers.
