PREPARATION
1. Check
Firstly, check out all the details whether there are no missing or miscast parts.
If you have problems with details – please contact us at [email protected].
2. Supports & touchpoints
We sell our 3D printed models without any major supports, but you should remove small touchpoints and ultra-tiny supports left on the model.
Please use a model knife and fine sandpaper.
Don’t be intimidated by the process, we use a top-quality UV printing resin and it is very easy to work with.
3. Warped Parts and Repositioning
Sometimes thinner parts could be slightly bent or twisted.
You can easily fix that by immersing the piece in hot water or by applying heat from a hairdryer.
The piece should reform to its original shape by itself.
If not, gently twist the piece back into position.
The amount of heat that needs to be applied is often determined by the thickness of the parts. Thicker parts need to be heated for a longer time.
This technique can also be used to bend some parts into shapes and positions to pose models.

Shipping, customs & returns
We don’t collect any taxes or fees (except for the US tariffs, and new EU taxes) on your behalf, so you may pay the customs fees according to the law of your country while collecting the package.
Please note that customers are responsible for clearing customs and receiving their package in their country. If a package is returned to us as “unclaimed” or due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot refund the original shipping costs.
If you would like the package to be resent, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping fees again.

Great Deal! Perfect for kitbashing without having to buy a whole other kit. I got a lot of cool little odds and ends that I’ll be using for basing as well as substituting other parts.
Most of the bits were useable, many of the defects were barely noticeable or easy to work around.

It is impressive what “bad quality” means for Wargameexclusive… Most of the pieces have some little flash or moldlines. If you compare with some Famous Games Warehouse’s products this is called standard for them.
Some pieces are more dommaged (leg missing or so) but with some imagination can be still used.
My only “regret” is that I became a big chunk of résine from a vehicle taking some weight, but it’s the deal, role the dices and let you surprised by what came 😉
So Great Deal if you want to fill you bits box with grimdark products!!!

Pieces are great: all the bits were useable and the defects were barely noticeable. I agree with Fred about that a big chunk of material is from a vehicle taking some weight, but it’s the ‘game’.
Delivery time a bit long but I suspect it is due to Christmas.
Unlucky I have paid extra fee due to VAT (and the seller didn’t warned me about this issue).

Even if te pieces are supposed to be failcast they are quite good but the presence of 3D printed components and the presence of big veicle parts ruins the deal.

Never disappointed with these grab bags… I love to kit bash and spruce up my bases or displays.

This one was unfortunately very limited, instead of bits I got mainly incomplete models like arms and torsos. I did get a few bases that could be useful. An obscenely large bike that is in a giant scale took a lot of the weight in my box which was saddening to see also.

I love kitbashing but dont want to buy new kits just for parts. buying these are a gamble for what you need but you get sooooo much different in terms of parts new ideas and better ideas from what you get. The quality is spectacular and the price is fare. Hope they never stop making these.
