We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please read the terms below.

Return window

  • Customers in the EU/EEA/UK: 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Customers in the rest of the world: 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and details.

Return shipping and responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • The customer is responsible for the safe return of the package. We require a tracked and recommend an insured shipping method.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

When refunds are issued

  • Refunds for returned items are issued only after the package arrives back to us safely and in acceptable condition. If the returned package is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund, as the safe return is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If your order is lost in transit on the way to you (confirmed undelivered with no tracking movement after a reasonable period), you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with photos and we will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after we process it.
