Every entry on the ist of forbidden machines is a sealed door somewhere: on a world struck from every star chart, under a forge, inside a ship that has drifted since before anyone thought to forbid anything. The Dark Scitari open those doors. They come back with weapons rebuilt from plans that were supposed to be burned, and they bless each one with the proper rites anyway. Behind them they leave spent casings and the skulls of whatever stood guard.
The faces they wear are skulls cast in metal, a plain statement of what flesh is worth. Their legs were traded long ago for jointed steel and clawed feet, and they breathe through tubes, because the air behind those sealed doors is not meant for lungs. Their robes hang in rags. Cloth was never a priority. And metal spines have begun to push through their plating, on shoulders, on shins, around the muzzles of their guns. Nobody forged them. The adepts log them as heat-sink irregularities. They log a great many things that way.
Ask who they serve, and all five give the same answer – the machine. Above everything.
For some Dark Scitari, that still means the old creed. They break its laws in secret to defend it, and their faith holds no matter what whispers back from inside the stolen engines. For others, it means exactly what it says: above the priesthood, and above the gods themselves. If Chaos offers a better engine, then Chaos is one more tool, and tools are made to be used. From the outside there is no telling the two apart. Both prefer it that way.
Five unique models, standing on 25 mm scenic bases. Field them as a tech-cult gone over to Chaos, or as the radicals your Mechanic Adept force keeps off the official records. The sculpts do not pick a side. Your paint does.

PREPARATION
1. Check
Firstly, check out all the details whether there are no missing or miscast parts.

2. Supports & touchpoints
We sell our 3D printed models without any major supports, but you should remove small touchpoints and ultra-tiny supports left on the model.
Please use a model knife and fine sandpaper.
Don’t be intimidated by the process, we use a top-quality UV printing resin and it is very easy to work with.
3. Warped Parts and Repositioning
Sometimes thinner parts could be slightly bent or twisted.
You can easily fix that by immersing the piece in hot water or by applying heat from a hairdryer.
The piece should reform to its original shape by itself.
If not, gently twist the piece back into position.
The amount of heat that needs to be applied is often determined by the thickness of the parts. Thicker parts need to be heated for a longer time.
This technique can also be used to bend some parts into shapes and positions to pose models.

Please note that customers are responsible for clearing customs and receiving their package in their country. If a package is returned to us as “unclaimed” or due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot refund the original shipping costs.
If you would like the package to be resent, we kindly ask that youa cover the shipping fees again.
